ProstheticSense provides clinical monitoring tools and data analysis for healthcare professionals. THE SERVICE DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT. All data provided by the platform is for informational purposes only. Licensed clinicians are solely responsible for all patient care decisions and should use their professional judgment when interpreting data from our platform.

3. Use License

Permission is granted to use the ProstheticSense platform for professional clinical and administrative purposes. Under this license, you may not:

  • Decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the platform;
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials;
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial) without explicit consent;
  • Attempt to bypass any security or authentication measures.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ProstheticSense or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on ProstheticSense's platform, even if ProstheticSense has been notified of the possibility of such damage.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ProstheticSense operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
